Connecticut 6.35% sales tax will only be added to shipments made to CT addresses.

Price quotations are effective for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Typographical or pricing errors on quotations, if any, will be corrected with a revised quotation.
Quantity and resale discounts are available and must be requested on the quotation request.
Unless resale pricing is is requested on the quotation request, list price will be quoted.
No discounts are offered on service or repairs.
Wagner Instruments is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions found in our product literature or on our web site.
Payment
Payment may be made by the following methods:
Prepayment by credit card - Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
Prepayment by check - request total costs, including shipping, in quotation request.
Prepayment by bank funds transfer - Wagner Instruments will send total costs by proforma invoice with bank processing instructions.
Payment of import and customs charges - duty, taxes and fees are not included in our quotations and must be paid directly to the courier upon shipment arrival at the port of entry.
Payment by UPS or Fedex / C.O.D. – charges will be collected by the courier. Check or money order only - no cash.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If, within seven days after receipt of your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition, postage pre-paid, for a complete refund. Please contact Wagner Instruments for instructions for returning merchandise. All sales will be considered final thirty days after receipt of merchandise.

Warranty
Wagner Instruments expressly warrants for one year from the date of purchase, that the goods sold shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions. Wagner Instruments will, at its option, replace, repair, or refund, in full, the purchase price of the instrument or any part thereof which, in our opinion, is defective, provided the instrument has not been subjected to tampering, abuse, or exposed to highly corrosive conditions. An instrument that has been improperly used cannot be considered under this warranty. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of fitness or merchantability, except as expressly set forth above. We shall not be liable for any anticipated lost profits, incidental damages, consequential damages, costs, time charges, or other losses in connection with the instrument or any replacement parts thereof. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace or repair the instrument, or replace any defective part thereof without charge; however, our obligation hereunder does not include the cost of transportation, which must be borne by the customer. We assume no responsibility for damage in transit, and the purchaser should present any claims for such damage to the carrier. In addition, instead of replacing or repairing the instrument, as aforesaid, we may, at our option, take back the defective instrument and refund, in full settlement, the purchase price thereof.
