Made in America, the ES 10 and ES 20 Manual Force Test Stands are compact and economical solutions for compression and tensile testing of small samples. Choose between ES 10 lever for quick-action or ES 20 handwheel testing for precise control. Optional dial or digital indicator kit displays up to 1'' of travel. Use these stands with force gauges and grips to create complete manual testing systems.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Rugged and exceptionally rigid steel columns.
  • Maximum vertical clearance: 9'' [229 mm] depending on gauge.
  • Maximum vertical travel: 9'' [229 mm] for ES 10 and ES 20.
  • Column to gauge load shaft clearance: 3'' [76 mm].
  • ES 10 lever travel rate: 1.05'' [26.7 mm] per lever revolution.
  • ES 20 handwheel travel rate: 0.06'' [1.5 mm] per wheel revolution.
  • Optional base plate with pattern of 25 #10-32 threaded holes.

OPERATION

  • Tension and compression measurements with quick action ES 10 lever or precise control ES 20 handwheel operation.
